Alsayed System for Applied Medical-Care Improvement (ASAMI) aims to increase the effectiveness of medical management and achieve a substantial development in health care provided to patients and reach the highest efficiency by creating an electronic medical file for each every patient and facilitating the access of program users to it from anywhere and in a safe and secure manner. This system also aims to prevent or reduce medical errors and to educate the patient in the optimal use of drugs and the development of health care.
The electronic file contains comprehensive medical reports, current and past medications, responses to them, response to them, medical and surgical history, and notes taken when visiting the hospital, clinic or pharmacy.

Problem
One of the most important reasons for the high incidence of medical errors is the failure to document medical information related to the patient. It is often difficult for patients to remember details of their medical history and drug details, which may increase the potential for medical errors provided by the healthcare practitioner
Solution
Creating a database containing patient's personal information, diseases, medications, laboratory tests, medical reports, x-rays and other information.
Some members (such as the clinical pharmacist, physician, and others) take the ability to enter and update information (through a computer or mobile devices) and some beneficiaries such as a physician, pharmacist, and patient take the authority to view some of the necessary data.
Availability of a program on the patient’s mobile devices to connect the person in charge of health care with the patient: send some advices related to medicines and ensure commitment to taking them, reminders to take the medicine, visit the physician or make the necessary checks. The patient will also be able to inquire about any information and download a picture of the new drug or test to be able to update the information.
